At Sunrise Crafts we aim to ensure that you receive your orders as fast as possible without delay, to ensure this is done we despatch all orders placed by 3.00pm on the same working day. For most orders we use the Royal Mail First Class service and in most case's this will guarantee your order to arrive the next working day, but we would appreciate it if you would allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us should your order not arrive or be delayed.
To guarantee that you recieve your order by the next working day please ensure it is placed by 3.00pm and select Next working day under delivery option where you will be charged an extra £4.95 for next day delivery.
In certain case's we will use a private courier service this normally takes up to 3-5 working days for delivery and will also require a signature on delivery.
Special Order Products
Certain products in our on-line store are special order items and it clearly states that delivery should be expected in 7-14 days. These products are items which we will be ordered in for you and in most case's you will receive them within the 14 days. Should you wish to cancel your order due to the time taken in recieving your order please email us at email@example.com. You will be kept informed about the status of your order via email, and should we expect there to be a longer delay than 14 days you will contacted immediately.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At sunrise Crafts we would like to ensure that you enjoy your shopping experience and are fully satisfied with your purchase's, should you feel that you need to return any purchases made from Sunrise Crafts please follow the instructions below depending on your situation.
Returning a unwanted item
If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within seven days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your return postage costs, as there is no error on our part. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason you are returning your purchase, the item you are returning and your order number (beginning with PO) which can be found on your invoice.
Please Note: All Cd's returned must still have the seal unbroken for a refund to be authorised.
Returning a Faulty, Incorrectly advertised, or not what you ordered Item
You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item if it is faulty, has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund (including return postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost. If you choose a replacement, we will dispatch it by the same delivery option you originally selected. Please email us prior to sending the product back at email@example.com stating your order number ,name of product, and the problem with the item.
You are responsible for the safe return of any items to us. It is strongly advised that any returns are sent with adequate insurance cover and proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return.
