New Colour Me Happy Issue 1

Friday, 21 August 2015  |  Admin

Colour Me Happy brings you an inspiring selection of line-art designs to colour at home, on holiday and on the go.

With calming images inspired by nature, animals, geometric patterns and more, you'll find a beautiful array of designs to colour as you like, helping you get in touch with your creativity and hushing the buzz of the outside world.

Our colouring tips to keep in mind:

  • If you're using colouring pens, these can bleed through to the image behind. Place a scrap sheet of card behind the image you're colouring to keep the page below pristine.
  • Find a quiet space to sit and colour, away from the distractions of the world, and allow yourself to really focus on the activity of colouring.
  • Experiment with colour. Don't feel restricted by trying to make things look realistic - there are no rules here.
  • Experiment with colouring mediums. Pencils and different types of pen colour combine differently and create various effects. Try alternative options for a bolder or more subtle finish.
